Successful meetings require successful presentations. Everything comes down to effectively getting a message from one group to another, so how this is best accomplished is very important to us at MSI. Over the years we’ve seen some extremely effective presentations as well as some that weren’t. All too often a presenter will show up at the last minute and be disappointed because his files weren’t formatted properly for the screen size being used for the show, or some other detail was missed. We encourage our clients to get their presentation files to us as early as is reasonably possible so that we can make sure they will look and run perfectly on show day. We need to know if there is imbedded video in your Power Point presentation, if your content contains audio, if you’d like to run your presentation from the podium or have us do it from backstage, if your files have been properly formatted, and the list goes on.
